Full Moon Event

On Wednesday 4th March from 6pm to 9pm, I’ll be hosting a Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse evening at my Coroglen property.

This gathering is simple, grounded and welcoming, especially if you have never been to something like this before.

We are moving from late summer into autumn here in Aotearoa. This moon marks a natural turning point. It is a time to pause, reflect and reset before the cooler months begin.

We will start the evening with ceremonial cacao, a warm drink that helps settle the body and open the heart in a gentle, steady way. From there, I will guide you through breathwork that supports nervous system regulation and emotional release, nothing overwhelming, just practical tools you can use again at home.

You will then have space for guided journalling. We will reflect on what the past season has brought up, what feels complete, and what you want to carry forward into autumn. This is about clarity, not performance. About preparation, not perfection.

The lunar eclipse adds a powerful layer of symbolism. As the moon moves through shadow, we are invited to let go of what no longer feels aligned and consciously choose how we step into the next season.

You will leave with a clearer head, a steadier nervous system, and a written intention for autumn.
