ABOUT THE GATHERING

The Full Moon invites us into a moment of illumination, a time when what has been hidden beneath the surface can be brought into the light.

As the Moon grows towards fullness, we are offered an opportunity to pause, reflect and notice what has reached completion, what we are ready to release and what we no longer wish to carry forward with us.

Where the New Moon invites us to plant the seeds of what we desire, the Full Moon asks us to look honestly at what has grown, what has changed and what may now be ready to fall away.

This Full Moon falls in Aries, bringing with it a bold, fiery and courageous energy.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and carries the energy of beginnings, instinct, independence and the courage to move forward. It invites us to reconnect with who we are beneath the expectations, roles and stories we may have collected along the way.

It asks us to notice where we may have made ourselves smaller, silenced our truth or given our power away, and to consider what it would mean to choose ourselves again.

During this Gathering Circle, we will create space to slow down, listen inwardly and connect with what you are ready to release, reclaim and rise beyond.

Together, we will move through guided meditation, open discussion, information sharing and a Full Moon release ritual, creating space to consider:

• What am I ready to release?

• What belief, pattern or story no longer belongs in the life I am creating?

• Where have I abandoned myself or given my power away?

• What part of myself am I ready to reclaim?

• What truth is asking to be spoken?

• What would it look like to rise with courage and choose myself?

RELEASE

Release what has become too heavy to carry.

Release the old stories, expectations, habits and ways of being that no longer reflect who you are becoming.

RECLAIM

Reclaim your voice, your desires, your boundaries and your right to take up space.

Reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quietened, hidden or left behind.

RISE

Rise with greater clarity, courage and trust in yourself.

Allow what you release to create space for something new to emerge.

This is not about forcing yourself to let go before you are ready.

Sometimes release begins with simply acknowledging what is there.

Sometimes reclaiming yourself is speaking one honest sentence, honouring one boundary or making one courageous choice.

Sometimes rising is not a dramatic leap, but the quiet decision to stop abandoning yourself and begin walking forward in a way that feels true.

You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you. This will be a gently held space for reflection, release, connection and remembering the strength that already lives within you.
