As we move out of winter and into spring, we begin to notice change around us. The days become longer, new growth appears, flowers begin to open and there is a sense of life returning.

And just as nature moves through seasons, so do we.

Spring Within is the first in a series of Gathering Circles exploring the seasons unfolding around us alongside the seasons we experience within ourselves as women.

Spring connects beautifully with the energy of the Maiden, the part of us associated with new beginnings, curiosity, possibility, creativity, play, energy and desire.

And Maiden does not mean young.

At different ages and stages of our lives, we can move through and experience the energies of Maiden, Mother, Maga and Crone. We may even recognise elements of several of these inner seasons within ourselves at the same time.

These circles are open to women of all ages and stages of life. You don't need to menstruate, be in a particular phase of life, understand archetypes or consider yourself spiritual. You simply need to come with curiosity.

During this 2.5-hour gathering, we will begin to explore what spring and Maiden energy might mean for you.

During our time together there will be:

Guided Meditation
An opportunity to feel into spring. What does this new season mean to you? What might be beginning to awaken within you, and what are you ready to welcome more of?

Information Sharing
I will share information about the four inner seasons of Maiden, Mother, Maga and Crone, beginning with the qualities, possibilities and energy associated with spring and the Maiden.

There will also be invitations for you to share your own thoughts and experiences if you feel called to. This is completely optional. You are equally welcome to listen, observe and simply take in what resonates for you.

Open Conversation
A relaxed space for conversation, curiosity and questions. You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels comfortable for you. There is no expectation to tell your story or share anything you would prefer to keep for yourself.

Intention Setting
As nature begins another cycle of growth, you will have space to consider what you would like to awaken, nurture or bring more of into your own life this spring.

Perhaps you are beginning something completely new. Perhaps you are rediscovering a part of yourself that has been quiet for a while. Or perhaps you simply feel ready for a little more energy, possibility, play, creativity or desire.

There is space for all of it.

What to Bring

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A pillow
• A blanket
• Your journal and a pen
• Water

Everything else you need for the gathering will be provided.

You do not need any previous experience with meditation, women's circles, spirituality or seasonal living to attend.

Come with curiosity.

Come exactly as you are.

This is an invitation to set aside 2.5 hours for yourself, to connect, learn, reflect and consciously step into this new season.

Attend all six Gathering Circles within the month, bringing each gathering to $35.
