ABOUT THE GATHERING

A vision board is so much more than a beautiful collection of images.

It is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and connect with what you truly desire. It allows you to give shape, colour and form to the life you would love to create, helping you bring what has been living within you out into the world where you can see it.

During this Gathering Circle, you will be guided through either breathwork or meditation to help you drop out of the busy mind and connect more deeply with yourself.

From this space, you will be invited to explore your desires and begin creating your dream reality.

Together, we will create space to consider:

• What would you love more of in your life?

• How would you love your life to feel?

• What desires have been quietly calling you?

• What are you ready to begin creating?

• Who are you becoming as you bring this vision to life?

You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want.

Sometimes our desires become clearer when we give ourselves permission to pause, imagine and play. An image may catch your attention, a word may stir something within you, or a possibility you had not previously considered may begin to reveal itself.

Your vision board will become a visual reminder of what you are calling into your life and where you are choosing to place your energy and intention over the coming months.

Everything you need to create your vision board will be supplied. You do not need to bring any materials with you.

THREE MONTHS OF CONTINUED SUPPORT

Following the gathering, you will be invited to join a private group chat.

Over the next three months, I will share gentle reminders, reflections and encouragement to help you remain connected to your desires, continue taking aligned steps and keep bringing your vision to life.

The gathering may take place on one evening, but your vision is something we will continue to nurture together.

YOUR GATHERING WILL INCLUDE

• A guided breathwork or meditation practice

• Space to connect with your desires

• Vision boarding and intention setting

• All vision-boarding materials

• Cacao

• A light something to eat

• Three months of encouragement through a private group chat

• Anything else that will help you feel comfortable
